This single story, 16,000-sq.-ft. warehouse facility is comprised primarily of office and warehouse components. The building’s construction is based upon a steel frame building system which allowed for expedited construction within economical means.

With the design of this warehouse facility the District has improved working relationships within the organization, creating simple cross communication between the different departments, and expansive warehouse facility. Programming involved significant coordination with the staff to ensure the best layout and adjacencies for offices, restrooms and a book storage area.
